Rory is going to maximize the investment for the shareholders, but I’m struggling to understand why there would be a need for a RS to occur now?? Everything you listed was the argument for why a RS wouldn’t be needed. If that’s all taking place (and more) help me understand the need to RS now but not a month ago? Just so everyone is clear, I’m not trying to be negative, I’m just asking some questions and genuinely want to learn from this. Thanks in advance for thoughts on this
