Wrong Again_It looks like the Board has decided that WILLIAM WHITE should remain as CEO being that he has experience running penny stock like $ANDI. Being that Mr.White will be better at communicating to penny investors.
The notion that White is taking over because it will be an excuse for no phone is NONSENSE, because the OTC site shows under Business Description that $ANDI is Smartphone Company through its subsidiary UTOPYA smile Hahahaha.. So conclusion $ANDI still remains a smartphone company.
All this is consistent with this press release about decision to devide the company into 3 divisions. smile
