Again Dragon, in all sincerity, this below is not a true statement. Each quarter is independent of the previous one. If they will the Form 10 between now and mid December, the ONLY need to submit the audited 2016s, 2017s, 2018Q1 and 2018Q2. That's all. If they file later than that, they need to include and audited 2018Q3. It's ALL referenced to the SEC Registration/approval date MINUS 135 days.
