In some cases maybe. But having the OS at a billion with little revenue is NOT a win. Plus they have done this in the past and look where the pps is at. It hit .0115 today and is on it's way to sub-penny lol nobody will touch this thing regardless of an audit b/c there are NO investors willing to buy. There is NO guarantee that these "investors" will even accept the stock at that price. It's all speculation right now. I would not expect it however if it does dip below .01.
