My guess is that S1/A comes out tomorrow with Sound Concepts financials, so with us and them put together, in the millions.
It just seems like the right time to release it, and the fact Rory was in NY and now SLC makes me think it was related to S/1A and acquisition.
I also believe we get a video after hours tomorrow, I feel it’ll be an exciting day and we will see that we are many steps closer.
