We've been 60-90 days away for about 900 days. The silly "soon" and "in the next few weeks" posts have been rattled off for years and years. Sadly the more conservative posts about 2017 and 2018 being the year of CTIX from 2015 also proved to be too bullish.
The market now requires a deal to give much forward looking credit.
