Makes sense. The IDF would be well aware the GRU used zero-day keyloggers to hack the DNC/Hillary in '16. The Russians supply their foes. SFOR IP is being used by the US Defense industry who supplies the IDF. So sure, I can see Jerusalem dealing directly with the supplier, SFOR, to avoid paying extra to the a middle man vendor like ACS or Alverez. It's our IP. So, we should be able to sell to foreign governments on our own. The most interesting aspect of this for me is this. The sale would have to have been approved by the US Government. How do I know this? Years ago I worked with a guy at whose job was oversight of tech transfer to foreign entities. This prevented any defense related crown jewles from falling into the wrong hands. Our DISA/DARPA/MITRE connections have been well documented here by Gold49er & R2R so this is logical IMHO.
