That is incorrect. ANDI exist for FINRA/OTC. The only place that our parent company name change was completed was with the Wyoming SOS where it was changed to Utopya Worldwide Holdings Inc. The name change with Wyoming SOS will be changed back to ANDIAMO in the near future.
