IHSI Related Litigation with a Lender, TCA...
Tactfully, I am indepthly aware of IHSI vs. TCA litigation since legal action began in California. After California disposition and case reopened in Florida, IHSI created a void in regards to case and company activity ending news in February 2018. Since, IHSI has presented one press release, in June 2018, and an 8-K, in November 2018. Considerately, I'm not trying to take full-credit, as this is not my intent, but I have been providing perspective on why the delay of this lawsuit and why I believe this case will be resolved in CY 2019.
Initially, I provided this information on this board, but in the following post 1 week prior to the 8-K filing. I don't always connect links to DD, as this information tends to be used against company and SH, especially under certain forums, but I interject opinions based on my findings uncovered in the public domain.

Last week, I stated BIG News Is Coming to IHSI. I still believe this to be true. However, will quantify after following Devon for 3+ years, news ebbs and flows like the dry spells and torrential rains of weather. I believe there is significance as to the timing of the November 8-K. Recall, in June 2018, Devon teased SH with the following PR statement, "we have several lucrative deals pending with various companies as outlined in previous press releases. Questions have been raised as to when all of this activity would begin. We are progressing these transactions in stages while we experience some delay due to pending litigation." Even Devon quantifies his own statements.

Although there is great importance with PAS, IHSI has far more potential with Cresent under its umbrella and is highly-valued by management, and I believe will be generating significant revenues and profits that will reappear on IHSI's balance sheets once litigation with TCA is resolved. Based on what I have learned, they have much more coming, but below are some of the projects they have bid and won and that will contribute towards their growth:

Once IHSI's partner, Blockchain Energy, Inc. (TRIPAC Systems, Inc. / VT*XB) form 1-A/A is nearing *(or at) SEC approval, I am expecting IHSI filings and news flowing again. With the appearance of dilution ended over the past 6-7 months, a greater potential for the start of a highly-successful run. In my opinion, I believe we are getting very close, but will quantify filings may not be complete until December 2018 or early Q1 2019, with news to follow shortly thereafter.
