There are several reasons and no, it's not due to anything seasonal. The merger last year was announced in the 1st half. The form 10 in past years were expected in the 1st qtr if the year, in fact, it was actually filed in March of 2015. Also, Cannes is in May 2018, so there is usually a run up towards Cannes. Last year, MyFlix was announced at Cannes...worldwide. HHSE and MyFlix were on the Business of Fim Magazine at Cannes. They are going there again in February for MIPCOM, after Myflix is launched in January. HHSE CEO is planned to be on a high profile Panel of experts with Netflix, Amazon, FB, etc, discussing streaming as the future Media. Disney and AT&T are not invited since they won't have their streaming site up and running till after MIPCOM
