The performance of all involved with ANDI/UTOP to date is/has been PATHETIC.
When you see incompetence like this it has to make you wonder if it has been intentional all along.
Mr. Keer is turning out to be as big a clown as the rest of the circus performers who have been at the helm of ANDI/UTOP.
