You don't understand metaphor and sarcasm and more than you do irony. Trump, by comparison, makes Chevy Chase's character in that movie seem level headed and dignified.

Trump is always the most uninformed, misinformed and intellectually challenged person in whatever meeting he is in.

In that sense he truly is 'on vacation' wherever he is.
