I don't think so. Celigo is a iPaaS vendor (Integration Platform as a Service). They connect a bunch of SaaS companies so you don't have to. It's possible nFusz is leveraging them to connect into the other large CRM/ERP vendors rather than reinventing the wheel. If nFusz were to do all these integrations themselves 100%, it's not easy to manage as each of these vendors can be making changes throughout the year.

Celigo has 1200+ customers so if nFusz is selling to one of them, the foundation for integration is already there. You can see how it's priced here:

Celigo is a smaller company, but remember Salesforce bought Mulesoft for $6.5B who is in the same space.

I think it's exciting these companies are partnering with nFusz. Dennis did a bang up job of connecting the dots. I like the summary he did at the end.

Keep in mind the buying can go both ways. Right offer comes along, you never know what can happen. I think that's a year or two off, but anything can happen.
