'late breaking presentations" are part of most if not all medical conferences
they are added late ,usually well screen for " substance" and most of the time well attended and truly more important then other presentations.
I suspect the agenda was organized long time ago and B-IBD was added by ether IPIX or most likely BP ( Celgene ???) a bit late and perhaps intentionally to qualify for " late breaking " status
this is IMO
