Q1 2019 the earliest. 10-Q shows ~$1M is still owed to services performed. My guess is most of that amount is owed to the P CRO. Additional money could come from a B-OM deal (after the EOP meeting, most likely) or when the MFO decide to purchase more preferred shares (don’t know when, if ever).
