Dane, I couldn't find no shorting is allowed in the MFO agreement like the way it was stated in the Aspire agreement. Here's what I meant.

I speculated shorting after learning how most preferred stock financiers work and observing the trading actions for weeks after the agreement. For example, here's what I observed on 11/10.

Maybe it’s just coincidence that after MFO news was announced, a mysterious seller with seemingly unlimited amount of shares under 15 cents appeared every day for four weeks. Also, Leo said the MFO expects the stock to go up. Then why haven't they converted most of the shares?
Before you came to this board, I was constantly criticized for speculating Aspire caused the stock decline by selling millions of shares. I was able to prove it with actual numbers from financial reports here.

Showing Aspire has sold at least 44M shares debunked the popular naked shorting theory here to a certain degree. That didn't make certain people happy because the theory explains everything here. You'll soon to learn that if you don't believe in the theory, you'll be perceived as a bad guy like me, no matter how much contributions you've made in the past.
