John Chambers is the former Chairman and CEO of Cisco Systems and an Investor in startups. Here's what he mentioned recently:
When investing in startups, there are 5 points of criteria that I always look for:
1) Make sure the company is focusing on a market in transition.
2) Find a world-class CEO in the making.
3) Ensure they have lighthouse customer references.
4) Make sure the market they operate in shares at an inflection point.
5) Assess whether the company can be #1 or #2 in their market.
It matches so much with Rory and nFusz. Reading such stuff makes one think again that we are on the right track.
I can see clearly now the rain is gone.....
It's gonna be a bright Sunshining day......
Cheers and have a great weekend friends!!
