It really doesn't matter who does the selling. MFO, Mako, Scottsmith, longs....it's all the same. We're faced with financing through convertible preferred shares amidst a falling stock price.

We need a deal or current shareholders will get heavily diluted. I'd prefer the company get me in the green asap. An OCAT deal would be a sigh of relief at this point.
