I believe the increased volume and price decline after the 10-K had a lot to do with this statement.

I know some here still insist there was no real selling despite concerns about IPIX running out of money in Q4 due to no licensing deal in Q3. Not every increased volume or price decline is caused by non-retail. The CEO needs to take the blame sometimes. In this case, Leo screwed up big time by announcing the milestones publicly and not achieved any of them by 9/30.
