what is really interesting is to note when the K was filed on the 11th of September and the *volume* that has come to pass since the 12th of September .. but i'm noting volume (below) from date noted in K ( 8.27.18 ) .. for a difference of over 2 months of 572,263 shares ...

here's the K info ..

There were 163,103,927 and -0- shares, respectively, of the registrant’s $0.0001 par value Class A and Class B common stock outstanding as of August 27, 2018 .

here's the Q info ..

The number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of November 2, 2018 is as follows:

Class of Securities
Shares Outstanding

Common Stock Class A, $0.0001 par value
163,676,190

and here's IPIX's *volume* since 8.27.18
.. worth repeating that *volume* didn't kick in on IPIX until 9.12.18 .. significantly so .. (i.e. changing out prior pattern of YOY comps .. with 2018 .. at that point .. running 10M~ less in *volume* than at the same time in 2017) .. making it hard to *claim* on various SMBs .. that *selling* was the reason for the relentless PPS compression

NR knows every trick in the rigged game to fleece retail .. especially when it comes to an OTC target that has the audacity to actually OUTLAST NRs' *efforts* (years upon years in the making)

NR counts on a clueless retail .. whose emotions get triggered by both exhaustion and embeds' *seeded* on various SMBs .. and of course NR relentlessly compressing PPS for paper losses .. NRs' noise and FUD lose in total (and usually explosively) with an OTC target's mgmt's execution and articulation

we can all see when *volume* efforts' ratcheted on 9.12.18 .. was it the K being filed that did it .. or just Innovation's diversified platform *clock* ticking .. or the fact that at the EO August 2018 .. the clarion call re: sells was proven to be totally bogus based on 10M~ *less* volume (EO August 2018 to EO August 2017) reported

finally as a last reminder .. when NR last *ran* IPIX UP (cycles of money in play @ EO 2014) .. avg volume was running 500k to 600k .. so it was always clear to me that NR had to get *volume* avgs up .. to at least 1M (10 day/90 day) .. which up until efforts from 9.12.18 .. had been a total failure for 2018

currently ..

If my math is correct, the 10Q shows an increase in OS of approx. 570k shares from June 30 to Sept 30. Where did all the other shares that were sold come from? Where indeed? I'll tell you where. Wash trades by MM's to walk the price down and air shares shorted to simulate the volume they so dearly need to show. Tell me I'm wrong. 4 kids, you are right on the nose and you have had this thing figured from the start. Alan, same to you
