The digital ad spend will be based on ROI...boy, damned if they do and damned if they don't, huh?! Folks criticize lack of marketing ads, then when ONCI starts to roll out digital ads, the ad spend is questioned. Crazy.
I'm happy to see these digital ads roll out and hope to see more like this.
