The rush for compliance fueled this deal IMO

With that in mind I would also expect new DOD contractors/businesses to rush to take advantage to get the insurance and be compliant, I would imagine existing dod/contractors/customers would immediately be compelled to upgrade to be in compliance as well.

So we may see a big bump in revs next month from this deal.

Also the insurance protects their business relationship with the govt and it can be reimbursed by the government!
