guys -if you own stock this is your company- so do your dd and defend against bashers -dont join them-I set my own hours and thus work essentially 24/7 fighting battles nobody else can fight -even on a national basis-and had no plans to babysit the stock today-but everywhere I go people say nobody else was willing or able to do it -so I end up doing it-take up some of the slack guys-I'm not paid for this-people seldom even look up things I suggest in my posts or refer to -such as Bullit69's post re CWRN will never do a promotion again after the only promo they ever did in early 2009.
I've already done dd on every issue to rebut every recycled basher accusation -so research my posts and repost my posts as necessary so I have more time for other things-- save posts as necessary or create some system to keep posts necessary to rebut bashers recylced issues at hand -I just go by memory but today because I was so tired I couldnt remember the name of the news organization where I'd have to look up CWRN's 1-31-11 PR because such older PR's are not posted in many places.
re recycled issue of cwrn getting current class because of a supposed promo-we've been over this many times (do you see what I mean flasailin)-these promoters listings of stocks that are advancing arent promotions- a promo is paid for by somebody and promoter puts out a news blitz covering several days and many lengthy posts-in some of those promos the promoter also lists a list of stocks which are advancing -they arent paid for that and that is just a statement of fact -its not a promotion-paid or otherwise-just as otc has a list of advancers-thats not a promo .
As CWRN 1-31-11 PR noted there has been no promo and there will be no promo-as I've posted many times from Bullit69's posts--thats partly why every PR says the company is not promoting the stock
cwrn only had 1 promo-in early 2009-and the promoter destroyed the pps by dumping his shares so Bob vowed he would never do a promo again and they havent.
OTC personally told me on the phone they based their decision on the rapidly rising pps -gapping from day to day and intraday and because that doesnt usually happen without a massive newsletter promo they ASSUMED that shorters who shouted promo to otc were right.
otc wasnt aware the pps was artificially depressed by many months of what many called unprecedented manipulation by etmm etc-they didnt do any investigation before instituting the ce-and they do this to hundreds of companies and some companies have noted in their pr's they dont even know why-
otc's conflict of interest inveighs against any investigation- ca 40% of otcs revenues come from co filings -so otc has a policy to pressure co's to upgrade to current class-more filings more money for otc-a publicly traded for profit company-not a regulatory organization at all- and imo their exercise of power over these co's stocks without reg authority is subject to class actions
