When you see the spr.ly url it means the company is using a 3rd party, in this case sprinklr, to monitor and gather analytics on social media.
SAP can use this to see how many people are reading their tweets, FB posts, etc and what people are saying. Some brands get a ton of posts and a tool like Sprinklr can help sort it all out.
What's interesting is they are using a .to domain and not their own .com (SAP, SAP-TV, etc.) or a subdomain.
".to is the Internet country code top-level domain of the island kingdom of Tonga. The government of Tonga sells domains in its ccTLD to any interested party."
