I wouldn't call Cox a P&D person as he led me to CTIX back in 2011/2012 and held a position until last summer so that really doesn't qualify him as a P&D.
His article today is very positive but he focuses on B-OM and doesn't mention the Term Sheet/pending deal/IBD inclusion etc.Just focused on B-OM.Feels a successful EOP2 meeting could be the catalyst to finalize a deal with BP .
People can think what they want though.I still like Cox.
