He was just following the law, administration could have loosened it up, it could have requested DEA to lower the schedule, so why are we talking about Sessions being a foe here?
He said it plain and simple, I'm a DOJ, I uphold the law and if the law says Cannabis is Schedule 1 controlled substance, he just upheld it. Trump could stop it all along, he didn't and now everyone is saying as if he's some savior and Sessions is a bad guy.
Trump is scared now that Democrats have taken over House, he used this opportunity to fire Sessions to get the eyes off of Don Jr indicement, he can fire Muller all he wants and House will pickup Muller to continue the investigation. Ohh this is going to be good.
DOJ DOES NOT CREATE LAWS AND DOES NOT SELECTIVELY CHOOSE WHICH TO UPHOLD. Please know your Government people.
