Elto updates for Oct 31 were to clarify and spell out that there were in fact 11 million and 50 thousand shares, not 11 million, with 1 million being preferred. As a refresher, they first designated those shares in July along with a 250 share Series A that was later deleted in early October.

The other document was to produce and pay for an actual business license we'd been granted in Nevada in April 2017, but never paid for this year to make it current. Total cost $825 on a credit card. So indeed further evidence something is moving.
