MTSL has definitely been a target for a lot of manipulation- they only have 3 million shares, but traded 17 million today already lol. This has happened several times over the last 6 months or so.
From the filing today from Alpha Captial, thought this was interesting:
"Alpha believes that Mer’s current business is unlikely to become profitable in the foreseeable future, and hopes that the management and the newly constituted board of directors will explore other lines of business to either develop organically or via acquisition."
