I also do not understand why there are so many people looking for the upcoming 10Q!
It would not be strategic for the company to hide an announcement deep in the 10Q. We know there is an upcoming meeting, and we will need to wait for the FDA to deliver a decision after the meeting. If for whatever reason the market drives down the price, great. If the market raises the price, great. It doesn't matter as the amount of volume and institutional interest will shadow anything the company has seen before.
