It all comes down to the question, "is the company being honest with its SH's"? Some like to come on here and say, if you invested in a pinkie you are rolling the dice, the success rate is low for a start up, and as such you get what you deserve so no complaints. That is fine if what SH's receive from Co Mgt are honest factual statements and not made up crap as you go along aka outright lies and deception. So please no free passes to Co Mgt on that score just because its a startup.
As a SH, I would much prefer hearing the real truth from David for a change in this week's CC rather than some made up "feel good" crap that never materializes. "IF" NTEK is near collapse then just be honest, be a man and let SH's know. SH's can take their tax loss and move on. On the otherhand if the loan has "really and truly" hit we will be more than happy to receive the news.
The very least a SH of any public company should expect to receive (whether it be a blue chip or start up) is honesty...... AND lets all be honest, have we gotten that from NTEK over the years?
