Ok lads as we stated we shall not post public DD but I will say that the major pharmaceutical company that we all know about is indeed not only interested but they had their lawyers at meetings with our CEO last month. Nothing new here but the confirmation I received from my Merck connection is huge. Only one bloody issue is we would have had filings and a PR by now but the Merck lawyers are typical large corporate lawyers that work on an how hourly fee so I expect them to draw this out as long as they can. But the fact is the deal is a signature away from being completed. I have more confirmation of the pharmacy distribution channel as well. One again nothing new but very exciting stuff.
