I quit smoking the last Monday in February 2013
Cold turkey, I went through withdrawal a few days.
MY wife the third morning, now famous for saying,
"Welcome to detox how do you like it". Argh ha he hee
I felt like I had a serious high temperature flu with bones hurting
but did not have a flu. Went to work - it was silly bad.
I will bring you guys a stop smoking post here in a few minutes.
