If IPIX signs a deal for OM/IBD and it gets PRd this month, most likely IMO they would have $XX upfront money and I assume a pretty hefty milestone payments upon completion of a successful P3 for both of the indications individually.
Now that would make the Dec end of phase 3 meeting w/ FDA extremely interesting in that there is a possibility the FDA could allow IPIX to bypass a P3 for OM. That milestone payment should bring in mighty big bucks as it is pretty much downhill after that IMO to getting B-OM FDA approved.
Any chance of this happening or am I just dreaming?
