Agree. Software builds will go through numerous periods where things will be on hold for a period of time while the software is tested. So, the software development being on hold doesn't necessarily mean something bad. Just a normal iteration. Also, Cycloides may have gotten the software to the point the Company needed it and no further development was needed at this time. There's not enough information out there to know at this point.
