The point of doing the merger is to have Elto Pharma be traded on a national exchange as a way to raise funds for the trial. If they do a merger and there is no IPO, then there is no benefit to doing the merger. So the IPO is part of the merger process- that is why we are doing the merger- to do the IPO with another company. The $6 million is coming from the IPO, not from the merger. The date to do the IPO and raise the $6 million is by April 23rd.
