Keep in mind "IF" this deal does happen it means we
will have shares in a New Company that will already
have guaranteed financing for at least 6 RIGS
when it begins trading on the otc.
That RIG financing is required for this deal to happen and getting the
RIGS financed and refurbished is where the BIG MONEY
is going to be made long term so with our SSOF shares transferred
into such company by way of DIVVY I don't see how we
can lose.
