We've certainly got a problem with feral hogs in SC but not quite as bad as some other states. I see them every now and then while kayaking in some of our swamps.
Alas, I don't get out on the ocean as much as I like any more. In fact, in 2017 I never even lost sight of land. I have spent one night on the water this year and am thinking about a trip to the Gulf Stream this month. I love watching millions of stars while listening to ocean sounds.
