It's not really 30 patients though for the 21 day Cisplatin regimen. It's 14/11 placebo and 8/7 B-OM. I'm more worried we will have to do a phase 2B for B-OM than anything else. The numbers are so compelling but the dosed population is so small.

Agreed on hoping the FDA has the wisdom to get this out into the wild. With no SoC or side-effects it's possible...I just can't find many drugs approved on a dosed population of 7 or 8.
