I agree on all points.

So here's my thinking...either one, they are being paid and are somehow being convinced of having no personal exposure to any lawsuit. That whoever is paying them is telling them to keep doing it and not to worry, that they are 'protected'.

Or, they are really, really, really dumb, refusing at all costs to give up on the grudge against SB after having made poor investing decisions. They need to look in the mirror to see the person they should be begrudging, because it is that person and that person alone that will end them up with a hefty fine and a permanent black eye in their background report.

I see no other alternative to the scenario.
