An important qualifier for your question... anyone answering should tell you how much they said DECN would win in the last litigation, and how much they eventually settled for.
DECN did win the last litigation. They were defendants in that last litigations, plural. They battled J&J's claims, won the litigation, killed J&J's foundational patent, and frankly won everything except they have not stopped the bad mouthing J&J employs with what are called J&J's "franchises" the big box markets.
J&J tends to operate a lot like many message board posters. They make up terrible innuendo about DECN, their CEO and BOD and make these people the focus of their sales plan against GenUltimate. This is a sad carryover from the Obama era where opponents can be killed without the firing of a shot.
