If I were to ignore TECO PPS and focus on just the company, I would not be concerned with the team's direction and performance. Business is business and delays are going to happen. No point in a company throwing almost $1mm at a drilling rig if they were screwed by a lack of oil or experience. Drilling rigs are not like houses and you can't expect appreciation on the asset. Therefore they must be planning to use it, why else would they buy something that could depreciate just as quickly as a declining stock...

Similarly, if I were to only look at the PPS and volume I would not assume there was bad news ahead.

It's the annoying bashing combined with low volume that makes InvHub look like a collection of panicked shareholders.
