FWIW, ANDI has updated the OS on the OTCM site. The current OS is now 4,619,209,650 -- as of 11/01/18.
That's an increase of 300,000,000 shares from the last update.
That means they have renewed their subscription with OTCM, or else they wouldn't have had access to the OTCM site -- if they would have let their subscription expire.
The float has not been updated and Starkweather is still listed as the CEO.
However, since they did update the OS, one would assume they will be filing the annual report.
