KM, you're a rookie compared to so many oldtimers. I can't remember the exact day I made my first purchase of GNBT, but it was winter 2006. I kept seeing it scroll across the screen while watching CNBC. You could count on at least one PR a week, especially on Thursdays.
I'm not sure of the date, but I think it was March 6, 2006. Millions of shares were traded and the pps hit 5.02. I went to the gym to work out in early afternoon. I got back an hour later and it was selling for around 3.50. The downward spiral never ended, except for some brief upward movement, on what turned out to be, broken promises.
You should have seen the Yahoo Message Board during those days. It was a sad circus. I'm sure every shareholder has a story. That's why it's hard to believe this is real. Healthy skepticism is warranted.
