That is a truly silly claim.
FBI didn't shout that they had the goods on John Gotti, until they did.
Perhaps you've seen a police procedural show where law enforcement shouted out it's proof, outside of the witness room?
I missed it myself.
The indictments and convictions thus far are loud enough to those about to go 'into the barrel' that Roger Stone so famously forecast.
