Talking to myself again, but posting helps crystallize some thoughts. There are only 1.065M shares. The float must be very tight. At least it will remain tight until the 20M dividend shares are released.
If shareholders continue to hold, it will take higher prices to break shares loose. If shareholders are unconvinced as they remember all the old broken promises, the float should increase and the pps probably won't move much higher and it will probably go down, at least in the short term.
Long term failure or success will depend on delivering the goals listed in the PR's. There have been around a dozen PR's since 10/1.
