I thought someone recently posted a video here in which Cali officials stated that in order for a company to be issued an annual they had to first be fully track & trace compliant.

Anyhow, it's not as important as the fact that VBF Brands was fully compliant with the July 1st requirements once they got those trim results back in August. It looks like they're fully track & trace compliant and just waiting for officials to issue them an annual.
