Here's the hypothetic scenarios for my shorting speculation.
1. MFO has $2.2M and decides to convert all at 22 cents. They now have 10M shares.
OR
2. MFO has $2.2M and decides to short $1M worth of shares from 22 cents to 12 cents. Then they use the remaining $1.2M to convert at 12 cents. They still have 10M shares AND make money on shorting.
We know MFO haven't done #1 yet according to Leo's email.
