I'd love to see an OMG moment, and I'm assuming it has something to do with the appeal. However, I'm also looking forward to hearing how things are going with the product pipeline.
GenChoice should be completing clinical trials, which should allow DECN to file for FDA 510K approval.
GenSure should be progressing with the regulatory registration process in Mexico. It should be approved between mid November and mid December.
GenPrecis should be ready for clinicals, possibly with FDA enhanced guidance.
The Big Box Private Label program is also something that we should be hearing about. I really didn't fully understand what was meant by the "bottlenecks being time between sales and system processes", but we could get more clarity on that as well.
Obviously, all these things take money to make them happen, so it would be good to have an update on how that's going. There's the negotiations with the Canadian hedge fund for a highly favorable financing offer. Maybe we'll hear about that.
