As I see it - ONCI undervalued.
So I took a few minutes to look at progress from 9 months of 18 vs 9 months of 17.
Rev up 5X
NI up 6X
Cash doubled
AR - more than doubled - some possible issues with Uncollectible but still positive
$800K Investment in Cogo
AP - dropped 99+%
Convertible notes reduced over 50%
Large tax loss carry forward towards future earnings.
Overall BS is much better shape
Income stmt after Q-4 will show around $5M in rev vs. $1.7M last year and NI will be about $1.7M vs $.5M last year.
$1.7M@30 times earnings - valuation is ~$51M - using 3B O/S after share reduction - SP would be $.017
Looks to me like ONCI is undervalued.
Any positive catalyst should really push this higher.
If we use Q-4 run rate annualized - then Sales would be about $6.4M and NI about $3.2M - @ 30 times earnings - valuation would be $96M - using 3B Shares O/S after reduction - SP would be about $.032
