No one thought of "patent" in the list of things that the company might announce.
I wish to point out that many of us had speculated as to these possible additional uses for Brilacidin many years ago, on lieHUB, and were roundly ridiculed for it. I specifically remember mentioning Bril as potentially useful for dental infections.
Not only would a Bril rinse be useful for periodontal disease, I can easily see it being used routinely after every type of oral procedure such as root canals, where the possibility of infection exists.
